Terms and conditions.

Applicants must:

• be home-owning couples aged between 28 and 65
• be married or living together for a minimum of 2 years
• have a minimum joint annual income of £25,000
• be willing to attend a 90-minute presentation on the benefits of holiday ownership. Refusal to attend the presentation may result in the full charge for your accommodation being applied.

This offer is only valid for 1 weeks accommodation in a 1 bedroom apartment which sleeps up to four people.
It does not include flights, transfers or holiday insurance.
Applications will not be accepted from existing owners, or couples who have previously visited one of our resorts. Applications will be accepted from timeshare owners, however those in any type of points system will not be accepted.
